I always want to be liked by people. I want people to want me and it’s a very toxic part of me. I’m trying to work on it but I don’t understand it. I’ve been like this since I was a kid and I hate it. I end up manipulating others so I can be more likable but once I feel needed enough, I’ll ditch them. I’ll keep them at a distance but I’m basically bored with them at that point. I’ll get jealous if they give someone else attention and will secretly fuck up others relationships.
I’m aware of how fucked up and cruel I can be but I really want to change that. I want to learn how to be a good person who can help society. This is something I’m struggle to work on. Does anyone have advice on this?

32M, 6ft, no significant related medical conditions other than mild allergies which don't seem to be happening where I live now, no images to attach because I've checked with camera on flash and there's no visible signs.
Sharp papercut like pains in nostrils, mostly along the alar rim/entrance. Often towards the top/tip of nose. Never any bleeding at all! Yet it feels like cuts or micro tears. It will start to get better briefly but even lightly using a tissue can retraumatize it. It's been a few months. I have vague recollection of a bad runny nose earlier this year and using rough paper towels to blow it when tissues ran out. Maybe I cut it up then. I think I had some scabbing and bleeding at that time. But none since. Just terrible sensitivity and pain. But it's strange that it would STILL not have healed and just keep getting damaged. How did my nose go from normal for my whole life to... if I dare stick a soft tissue up there or scratch an itch it's on fire and feels like paper cuts for days in that spot? I am using a humidifier, Aquaphor, and saline nose spray and trying my best not to touch it. But I am having a hard time believing this is just cuts/tears/irritations that will heal if left alone. How is the skin suddenly so traumatized and sensitive that it won't heal? Doesn't make sense. I am desperate at this point are there other reasons this might be happening? Do I go to a specialist or my PCP?

Hi, I’m extremely new to skincare and I’m trying to build a routine. I’m going to list out the products I use and hopefully you guys can give me recommendations on if I need to change it up and what else I need to buy. I’m getting cheap budget stuff right now because I am terrible at forming habits and I don’t want to waste money if I forgot to do this for a while. I’ve never worn makeup so I’ve never gotten into the habit of washing my face off this often. Also I’m 22f if that is needed for anything.
Morning: • Equate foaming facial wash (similar to CeraVe) • Cetaphil face sunscreen (although I haven’t been wearing it often. It burns my eyes when I’m at work big time) • Equate moisturizing cream (similar to CeraVe)
Night: • same face wash • simplified skin glycolic acid toner (Tues & Thurs) • CeraVe skin renewing night cream • use equate moisturizing cream on whole body
I also have equate collagen peptides that I used to take daily but accidentally got out of the habit of taking. Today I bought CeraVe eye cream but I’m not sure if I need to use it at night or in the am or how often. I bought some equate 50 spf sunscreen that’s in a brown bottle for my arms.
I think I’m supposed to get some vitamin C and/or retinol but those are expensive so I might get one next paycheck and one another paycheck. Any suggestions? Especially some recommendations on cheap face sunscreen that won’t burn? Again, I don’t wear makeup so it doesn’t matter if it would make that pill.

A few weeks ago my club in school got to go on a trip to complete. While we was there we got to hangout with other kids our age. Me and two of my female friends (I'm a female as well) was in the hallway hanging out with these people, they wasn't doing anything bad or illegal just hanging out. My husband and I just assembled the baby’s bassinet (she’s coming in 2 weeks) and we noticed it’s very wobbly on top - doesn’t seem sturdy at all. It’s all out together properly and I did see a few Amazon reviews where parents experienced the same thing…
Anyone have experience with this bassinet?
This is the second one we’ve tried and just want a sturdy bassinet for next to our bed (I may be getting a C-Section so we wanted one like the Halo Swivel).
And no, we don’t want to use a pack n play due to space - we have one but it is going downstairs.

If you want to give star ratings to Face to the Mat wrestling matches, here is a method:

1. Pick TWO opponents with the most Attributes
2. Add 1 point for every * attribute, half points for Circle and Square attributes. (Do not count Specialty.)
3. Once you add all the attributes, divide the total by 3.
4. Based on how exciting the match was (you should know since you played it out), you may add or subtract 0.5 (a half star) and then round to the nearest whole or round up to 1/2 star or 3/4 star.

If it sounds harder than it is, here's the example:

• Wrestler A has Circle Strong, and * Smart, *Quick, *Agile, and *Favorite. So that's 4.5.
• Wrestler B has *Smart, *Agile, and *Quick. That's 3 points.
• Sum of 4.5 and 3 is 7.5.
• 7.5/3=2.5 stars
• Depending on how exciting the match was, you could leave it at 2.5 or downgrade it to 2 or upgrade it to 3.

For multi-person matches, you choose the two wrestlers with the highest attribute sums.

me (20F) has finally gotten back into i guess the “dating scene” after a really bad situationship and was recently asked out by this guy who came up to me at work. he was pretty, charming, and very funny and even told me where he worked. after he left my coworkers told me he was flirting with me, and as someone who cant read body language or social cues very well I was super surprised. i ended up finding out he was a lifeguard at our university rec center and I gained the courage to give him my number. he seemed very flustered and happy which, for me felt like an obvious indicator he was into me too. i even had my friends hid behind a corner while i asked to get their their opinions on the interaction too. he ends up texting me the following day and we begin talking, flirty, all of the cringy stuff and he asks me out on mothers day. i had to reject since i was spending time with my mom in a different city and by the time i’d be back he would he with his mom already. he made it seem like he completely understood and we kept talking. i thought things were going really well and was waiting for him to reschedule our date before i went to chicago for a vacation with my friends. he never did reschedule but seemed like he was excited for me to go on my trip. but the day i left he seemed to completely stop talking or take half the day to answer my texts. he would always find an excuse and apologize and i thought nothing of it, until it kept happening again and again. he ended up ghosting me, which didn’t hurt as bad since ive been used to getting rejected or ghosted for most of my life. although i do have to admit it still hurts. i decided to redownload bumble and swipe just for fun, since nothing really comes out of it anyway. i ended up meeting this one guy, D (23M) who looks shockingly a lot like alex and was very sweet. i also noticed from his profile that we also do have a similar taste in music! he asked me out on a date the following weekend to a korean restaurant that recently opened up on the other side of town and even offered to pay for me. this was a little out of my comfort zone considering i havent met anyone in real life off of a dating app. so i suggested to go to our city’s annual festival, since i have never went before. there was going to be a firework show, rides, and food—so i figured, why not? he was sweet enough to buy everything the whole day. i felt like we connected quickly, we had a lot of similar interests and seemed like someone ideal to be with. the day of our day i got ready, i also let him know how nervous ill be since in general im not great with meeting new people. he completely understood and expressed he was nervous too, which made me feel slightly better. on his profile i saw that it says in the “looking for” section he only put “something casual” which did make me nervous that he was going to be too touchy or want to hookup. but on the day of the date he did not seem that way at all. he was kind, respectful, funny, and very laidback. we didnt even hold hands until towards the end of our date. after going on fun rides and getting pizza we headed over the firework show and ate our food while watching it. i thought that he would at least kiss me at that point but i could tell he was also pretty nervous. we talked for about 2 hours after the firework show ended and once it started to get too hold we started heading back to his car. on the way i took him to some of my favorite parts of downtown. which in my opinion were the best places to share a first kiss with no one around, but it didnt happen. i was also okay with the fact it didn’t happen, since i didnt want to pressure him into anything. once we got to the parking garage we hugged goodbye and i walked home. once i got home he texted me saying he was locked out of the parking garage and that he accidentally parked in a university parking garage. i work with id services at my job, so thankfully i knew what to do in the situation to get him help. he expressed a lot of gratitude and we texted until we both fell asleep. the next day he responded to my text i left him before going to sleep and i began to notice he was only texting me every 1-3 hours throughout the day. i began to catastrophize, worrying that i was just going to get ghosted again. but whenever he did text back he seemed really into what we were talking about, so i didnt worry about it too much. the next day (yesterday) it was better, it turned into every hour he was responding, but then suddenly stopped at around 8pm. i tried making myself not worry or spiral as i know he is a human, is busy, and has a life of his own. he sent me a good morning text and answered the text i left him (around 8:30am this morning). after i answered he hasn’t interacted, opened, or talked to me all day. which worries me that i am inevitably am going to get ghosted. earlier today i suggested another date by going to see a movie, still no answer until while writing this post. he told me hes going camping this week and asked if next week will work and finally interacted with the things i sent him. im just worried he might be losing interest or will ghost me. or he could just be busy? im so used to sprouting relationships with all green flags suddenly crashing down by ghosting or being rejected. does anyone know how to cope or can give me any advice? or assurance that they felt similar to the way i am? or am i just acting insane? lol

Realm Rules:

1. Do not use any exploits or hacks.
   
2. Do Not get mad and quit if you lose your loot. Either go find it or make new loot.
   
3. If anyone kills you and steals your loot without reason then please @ a mod or owner, explain what happened and please tell us what you lost, their username, etc.
   
4. Please try and build within the nation you live in.

Country rules:

1. If someone declares a war on you/you lose a walose a battle do not get mad or pissy. It happens.
   
2. If you cannot get your own country do not get mad, just join another.
   
3. Revolutions may happen but take time and you must tell a mod or owner of it happening and explain why. (Example: Your leader is a dictator, your group does not believe in the same ideology, another country is hiring you to do so, etc.)
   
4. If you plan to make a country you must be willing to play frequently, spend time planning a government, doing expansions, make/ find a flag, etc.
   
5. Any land that is NOT controlled by a country is considered Barbarian land. Killing, stealing, and etc IS allowed in Barbarian land.
   
6. Any land that IS controlled by a country is considered governed land. Stealing, killing, and griefing is NOT allowed. (Killing is an exception depending on whats its for. Example: Assassination, war.)
   

Okay, full disclosure: I'm awful at writing these. I'm just gonna take my best shot to describe who I am and what I'm looking for, but I'm definitely better at conversations than bios.
I'll start with a little about myself. I'm 23 and recently moved near the DC area to start my first job (in AI research) out of college. This came with way more responsibilities than I was ready for, but I've finally got a half decent grasp of being an "adult". Thus, I figured it's about time I take the next step in my life and try to meet someone special to share it with. Physically, I'm 5'8 with an average build and dark brown hair. In terms of hobbies, I absolutely love playing board games. In fact, I attend a board game club three times a week and have a fairly sizable collection. For anyone familiar (or interested in) hobby board gaming, my personal favorites are Lisboa and Ark Nova. Besides board games, I also play video games, go hiking, and travel whenever I get the opportunity. In fact, I'm writing this post from a hotel room in Portugal. Lastly, I really enjoy reading comics and watching movies or TV shows. I have aphantasia which means I can't visualize anything in my mind's eye, so these mediums are pretty much a necessity for me to appreciate stories. Lastly, to avoid any future dealbreakers, I'll also add that I drink only socially, never smoke, am apolitical and agnostic, and am fully vaccinated.
Okay that might have been more writing about myself than I've done in my whole life. So let's switch topics and talk about you. Firstly, you're very great to have made it this far into my wall of text! Additionally, I definitely prefer people somewhat local to my area, but I'm open to meeting people from anywhere in the US. I'm not picky about physical appearance, but I definitely want someone who either shares or is open to exploring my interests and hobbies. Lastly, my love language is quality time, so I'm interested in someone who wants to hang out together somewhat often.

I’m pretty sure you’re aware of lolcows or things like that. I'm sure if you’re on tiktok often you’ve heard of rainerjett03 a few times if you haven't. She has an account dedicated to dancing to songs she thinks her fictional crushes would like. Anna started on tiktok during february, she started just dancing, she was going live often and dancing to music her followers would want her to dance to.
One day I joined one of her lives and tried joining the live. After around 20 minutes she let me in and I talked with her. After a few days rolls around and I'm friends with anna. I even made a discord server for her, we would do events for a couple days like talent shows.
She was hinting at lewd things in discord messages such as bathing with me even though I'm 13 years old and she was 17. I ignored it and just wanted to have fun, I met two people Eric, and deon/Homie hopper.
We were honestly just trying to have fun, I was in a stage chat with Eric, and Anna. We were talking and I mentioned ships, not thinking much of it I said “who do you ship me with?” Anna responded with “Maybe me” Eric was kinda concerned and said “That's my wife” since Eric and I messed around about getting married.
The next few days go by and Anna, Deon, Eric, and I are in vc pulling an all nighter, we were playing Gartic phone and other games. We were talking about plant wubbox since annas crushes are wubboxes from my singing monsters.
She responded with “He gets splinters on my lips” we were laughing but she then said “there's also splinters in my privates” Clearly disgusted because we are 13-15 we kinda ignored it, few minutes goes by and deon and i are kicking each other from the call, Eric was left alone with anna and she said “Im tight” and “is your private big”
Anna knew our ages since we mentioned it often. That night anna left and we wanted to tell the server, we did with a large message with what anna did and how i met her in order of events. The next day we tried talking to anna, of course her webcam got turned on and she was crying.
The next month anna said she would rape deon even though deon is 15 years old and he lives in australia.
People in the voice chat laughed at her and the victims and i were told me cut ourselves and kill ourselves for no reasoning, a few months goes by and we talk to anna again, this time with new personas my persona was sticky rice and we are in call with anna, I was joking flirting with cold wubbox since she roleplayed as the characters from my singing monsters but she started talking about breeding.
I was clearly uncomfortable and after a while I went off on her, she said she wouldn't do it again and i got her to make the apology *insert video* My friend and ex Akane wrote the whole script and sent it, which was awesome.
Anna gets canceled and I thought things were fine now, until 2ish months goes by and my friend says “anna wanted to have a sexual roleplay” . Eric is still 13 and Anna is 18, it made me sick to my stomach and I felt bad for eric.
For these and many other reasons anna shouldn't be on social media anymore, it has made her disgusting, she has ruined her family's lives and the victim and i’s.
