I decided that every day I am going to post about a case, ranking them from least favorite to favorite and giving my on the fly reasons so I probably will miss and forget things but thought it would be a fun idea. Also please remember this is just my opinion and I know we all have differing opinions but this is my opinion.
34. Turnabout Storyteller
Overview: Turnabout Storyteller is the fourth case of Spirit of Justice. As SOJ is probably my least favorite AA game this case doesn't help. The case is put in a questionable spot. Some feel like it takes you out of the mood and shouldn't be put in-between the two most important cases of the game. Some like the idea of putting a lighthearted case between the two most tense and dramatic cases in the game. I don't mind the idea it did take me out of the mood of the game but the case was fun enough for it to not be a huge problem.
Mystery: The case has Athena Cykes defend Bucky Whet a soba shop worker who is accused of murdering Taifu Toneido. The crime occurred at a theatre. This case has some great witnesses. Simon Blackquill returns being an acquaintance of the defendant and after testifying joins you at the defense bench. Then we have one of the most unique witnesses in the whole series. Uendo suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder and has four different personalities. Athena makes a big break in the case and begins to suspect Uendo's fourth personality after finding rakugo cards switched in what originally said owen 4th. However it turns out that the fourth personality is simply a five year old child named Owen. While Uendo isn't the culprit he still messes with the time of death. The real culprit is Geiru and she killed her father because of being upset Uendo got the spot rakugo master instead of her. She was upset because she wanted a different profession then what she was being made to do.
Characters:
Athena Cykes: Athena gets treated so badly in this case. She is constantly floundering around needing Blackquill to pick her up at every turn. While it's not surprising for a young lawyer it gets frustrating seeing Athena break down constantly. She gets treated like a child by Simon and Sad Monk. Unjust treatment of Athena in all of SOJ.
Simon Blackquill: He is one of two characters who star in this case. He is great in the role of co counsel and constantly helps Athena get over her breakdowns or Sad Monk's prosecuting techniques. Him making fun of Sad Monk alone moved this case up. I loved seeing Sad Monk get put in his place.
Sad Monk: Nahyuta is the worst prosecutor in the series. He had potential squandered away because he gets no character progression from 6-2 - 6-4. Nothing changes and it's really bad here. He is super petty and calls you childish names and throws childish insults at you. He constantly talks about you going to the Twilight Realm. It's really annoying and his presence alone drags this case down.
Bucky Whet: He was constantly vomiting and passing out. One of the most forgettable characters in AA. Almost on par with someone like Penny Nichols.
Uendo: He is the other star of the case. His DID makes him a really fascinating character who is very fun to have on the stand. His fourth personality being a five year old is pretty funny and he is a really good and well done red herring.
Geiru Toneido: She is fine for the culprit. She has a somewhat sad motive but everything else is pretty mid with her. She doesn't do a whole lot for me and isn't a very interesting culprit.
Problems: This is not just a problem with this case but all of SOJ. Athena gets the short end of the stick throughout all of SOJ. She always get thrown to the side for Phoenix and Apollo and doesn't have many great moments in the game. She gets her one case and its this intro level case. There is no scenario Athena should have got such a meh case with only a trial as her one case. This was their chance to expand on her character from DD and instead she just has an emotional breakdown every five seconds and otherwise is getting treated like a child by Simon and Sad Monk. Athena deserves so much better. Nahyuta is really annoying as usual here. He doesn't have any character progressions and acts like a petty child the whole case and really the whole game. The cast has a weak defendant and culprit. I couldn't remember even half of what happen in the mystery. I did not care about the rakugo and udoh stuff.
Positives: Uendo is a amazing character squandered on such a simple and short case. Simon is an amazing co counsel and gets praise for saying exactly what we all have wanted to say to Sad Monk since we first met him in 6-2. The motive is so strange to me that its kind of interesting. I like putting a lighthearted case like this between two emotional roller coasters that is 6-3 and 6-5. Wish the case was a little better.
Final Thoughts: Uendo and Simon are amazing characters. I wish we got more of the Athena/Blackquill dynamic in SOJ. Nahyuta really drags the case down and as I have said gets literally no character progression. The mystery is pretty forgettable. I will appreciate this case forever for Blackquill just making fun of Sad Monk. Any thoughts, opinions, or questions about Turnabout Storyteller would be greatly appreciated.

I’m flexible on any and everything in terms of partner characters, universe, whatever, my post length typically is multiple paragraphs and i expect the same in return, and my one hard rule is that I absolutely DO NOT ROLE PLAY WITH MINORS! Sorry, nothing against you guys personally, but better safe than sorry.

• Prices are negotiable for individual items and custom bundles. Pre-made bundle prices are firm. All price negotiations and initial contact should be via comments per this sub's rules/suggestions.
• "Condition" is based on my most recent check of item. If you are concerned about a potential missing item (insert, manual, etc.), reach out and I will confirm if it is included/not included. Hi I'm Jude, My friend McKinley and I are starting a star wars 5e game that takes place during the clone wars and will transition into the Imperial Era. Hello! Like my post says, I was just curious if people actually take their time and read the posts.
About me: I am 6’1 with red hair but it’s starting to look brown now. I have worked many different job from garbage man to working in a school with special needs kids. I have also coach youth sports for 8 years. I like planning sports and watching them as well. I started getting back into working out more now. I am also a big nerd as well. I like comic book movies. So, basically thought to post this as I'm basically doing it myself: My switch has been and will continue to be on airplane mode, ever since I first learned about the glide-dupe glitch everyone was doing starting last week. I know I'm going to have to update eventually; and to move towards that point, I decided I would look up what items I need to upgrade all armor sets in the game to max level.
I've just started my list, and after seeing how much work it's going to be just to make the list; I thought I'd check here. The idea is a list of ALL items, cumulative, that you'd need to upgrade every set of armor. For instance, the Hylian set needs 20 Amber for each piece for 3 starts, and 30 Amber for 4 stars. That means, 150 Amber for the Hylian set. If I come across another set that needs another 90 Amber, the total Amber number would become 240, so on and so forth.
So, I figured I'd check here before I do all the work to make that list to see if anyone else already has such a list; and furthermore, if one doesn't yet exist, are there enough other duper holdouts that it would be helpful for me to share? I mainly ask because as of now; I'm going to ignore armor sets I've already fully upgraded in my game; but it wouldn't be much more work to add those in to a total list for those of you who have done no armor upgrades etc.

Event: Fatebringer's folly.
Alter name: Kal'tsit, the final judgment.
Class: caster, DPS, survival
Branch: Phalanx caster. Deals arts damage. Does not attack when ability is inactive. Strong defensive stats.
Talent: Observer's focus. Kal'tsit TFJ can be deployed on ranged or ground tiles, and becomes a 3 block when on the ground. After not being damaged for 10 seconds, Kal'tsit TFJ gains one stack of focus every 2 seconds. Each stack of focus increases DEF and RES by 5%. Stacks up to 10 times, Kal'tsit TFJ loses 1 stack every 5 seconds when at max stacks, and will not begin gaining stacks again until lower than 5 stacks.
E2 talent upgrade: DEF and RES bonus increases by 1% per stack (1st stack in 5%, second stack is 6%, and so on) and each stack gives an extra 5% ATK.
Default ability, auto recovery, manual: DEF and RES +45%. Attacks deal an extra 50% of ATK as physical damage. Ranged enemies will prioritize attacking Kal'tsit TFJ.
E1 ability, passive: A balanced fate. -50% DEF and RES. Kal'tsit TFJ enters attack mode every 10 seconds and returns to neutral mode after 10 seconds, while in attack mode, Kal'tsit TFJ deals 500% ATK to all enemies in range once every 2 seconds (5 times per attack mode). While in neutral mode, Kal'tsit TFJ heals all allies in range for 50% of ATK with the same intervals as her attacks.
E2 ability, defensive recovery, auto: Destiny's decision. Summons a Monst3r on the nearest unoccupied ground tile, prioritizing tiles with enemies on them. Monst3r has 50% of all Kal'tsit TFJ's stats and can attack in a 3x3 range. Only 2 Monst3rs can be in play at once, any ability activations when 2 Monst3rs are already on the field turn into a burst of 300% arts damage around Kal'tsit TFJ. (If a Monst3r dies withing 3 tiles of Kal'tsit TFJ, trigger the arts damage burst.)

Deployed, Attack mode: Kal'tsit stands up and raises a hand towards the sky, palm up. Streaks of arts energy crackle downward into her hand, then towards her target.

While fighting reunion, Kal'tsit and the doctor are separated from the rest of the team by a deep and dark sinkhole. After falling to the bottom, Kal'tsit finds herself surrounded by originium infected creatures and burdened by an unconscious doctor.
Defeated in battle: "Dammit, how did I not see this coming?!"
After defeating the monsters, Kal'tsit finds that she is unable to escape back the way they fell. Shouting to the other operators at the top of the pit, Kal'tsit receives no response.
Sub 3 star outcome: "that wasn't good enough doctor, you should try again with a new strategy."
As she ventures deeper into the caverns, Kal'tsit observes that the originium corruption in the area is far beyond anything she has seen before. Deeper and deeper, the caverns have no end.
Mission failed: (very weakly) "Was this... our fate? Doctor... I'm sorry..."
As she trudges through the darkness, Kal'tsit begins to lose her sense of time. That would probably bother her more, but she is already bust worrying about the fact that the doctor hasn't woken up yet.
After what felt like days, Kal'tsit stoppes to rest, slumping against a wall to rest. Within moments, she falls asleep.
Appointed as assistant: "Do you mind if I rest in here for a moment? You were looking for me? I suppose that works out well then, you give me a resting place and I'll give you advice."
Upon waking up, Kal'tsit finds that she is alone. The doctor has disappeared, and now she has the worst headache ever.
Kal'tsit calls out for the doctor as she stands, only to be hit by a wave of nausea that knocks her to the ground. As the nausea washes over her a d the headache gets worse, Kal'tsit begins to see things.
Strange things.
Post-E2 mission failed: (Kal'tsit stares blankly, as if looking right through you.) "Doctor... the end... it calls to me. How should I... anwser?"
When the strange shadows and whispering voices subside, Kal'tsit is left shaking where she stands. Her strong demeanor shatters as the stress of the situation finally gets to her. She cries out for her friends, Amiya, Warfarin, Bibeak, Filonic, and even the doctor.
As her tears fade, Kal'tsit opens her eyes to find herself in a bed within a blindingly white room. As she tries to stand up, an ear splitting scream startles her. Warfarin and Gavial rush to her side.
Idle: "... you've falled asleep haven't you... oh doctor, whatever will I do with you?"
Kal'tsit learns that she had been the one to fall unconscious after falling into the pit, and realizes that what she had experienced was a feverish coma induced by the originium in the pit.
Trust tap: "Doctor, I know I've already said this, and don't act very grateful, but... thank you, for being staying with me."
With a new outlook on life, Kal'tsit changes her toon, becoming more involved in the affairs of Rhoads Island and spending more time with the other operators and staff members.
Trust 200: "Well, that's the last of today's work. Doctor, we're done here, right? Shall we go have lunch after this?"

If a player completes every level with 3 stars while using OG Kal'tsit in every mission, the final level will yield an extended version of the final cutscene.
In this cutscene, Kal'tsit's silhouette can be seen standing on a rooftop, her silhouette traced against the Rhoads Island skyline. Sharp spikes of originium erupt from the ground around her. Begind Kal'tsit, the doctor, Warfarin, and Gavial are slumped against a wall, harsh injuries evident all across their bodies.
In a ring surrounding her, various operators point their weapons at Kal'tsit, each wearing a terrified expression. Off in the distance, in the skyline, several giant monst3rs can be seen wreaking havoc on the buildings.
The dialog reads as follows:
"The play completed. The actors unmasked. The final judgment has now been passed. Our final dance done, our meeting adjourned. Doctor, how shall your truth be turned?"
"K-kal'tsit, you need to stop this!"
"Fear not, my doctor. For the end comes near. No more pain, no more suffering, no more turmoil or fear."
"Amiya! Get back! Something is wrong with her!"
"Kal'tsit! Listen to me! Please!"
Kal'tsit turns to Amiya and the doctor, but the look on her fave is inhuman.
"Isn't it beautiful? Everything will begin again. The infected, oripathy, reunion. It will all go away."
"Kal'tsit!"
Kal'tsit begins to rais her hands, preparing to use her arts. The doctor and Amiya run to their old friend, wrapping their arms around her in an attempt to stop whatever is coming.
As everything turns white, the entire scene plays quickly in reverse, stopping at the point when Kal'tsit wakes up in the white room. Then the original scene plays as usual.

uhh yeah didnt really wanna make this post because of the dogpiling and bullying it would get on es but i dont really care anymore 🙏🏻
recently got banned on es under (instalocksage) for something i said on reddit. valid, i saw the ban coming and i didnt really care. people had a right to be mad over that- again, it was valid.
but personally what i think was not valid was the users lying under my last few blogs and all the names/insults being thrown around. 60% of the comments were just calling me names and making fun of my designs/art and talking abt how bad they were. there were a few people saying they "wasted" ___ amount of sd/stars on my art and people offered to send them sd to make up for it. (they did receive art for that currency. idk why its such a big deal. give some get some.) & there were others saying that i was always rude to them in interactions, etc even though ive never come across their username before. a few others said untrue things that i have said or done and that just rubbed me the wrong way because,,, what do you get out of making people hate someone more for things that didn't happen.
another thing that i felt iffy about was when a user commented about my age (15) and how i made a mistake but was still learning and got so so so much hate over it. they weren't justifying my reactions, they were agreeing and simply stating a point but STILL got dogpiled even though i was the one that said that stuff. that was 1000% unfair and i feel so much shame on behalf of es users for attacking that user. again, another user mentioned that my designs or art wasn't that bad and was kinda 'cute', and got attacked over that. also unfair. they didn't deserve the hate for having an opinion about the art.

So it's been about ten years since my last trip. It was an extremely intense trip on a heroic dose camping on the top of Lake tahoe. Decided I would start light and eat .5g of dried albino penis envy. Didn't really have a plan going into it as I was expecting to not feel much. Thought I would try to play a video game and listen to music. Ate them at 10:30 and about an hour after ingestion I could start to kind of tell it was kicking in. I had a long day beforehand and was feeling tired, the yawns started kicking in and I couldn't focus on the game. Was a pretty mild feeling though compared to previous experiences. Not sure what the affects were going to be I had setup a uv reactive tapestry with a meditating Chakra figure over a mandala under a ceiling fan and then put one of those skylights that has rotating stars pointed at it. Was a real mood setter lol. Anyway the yawns were getting the best of me and I thought well if this is all it's going to be I'll just lay down with my dog and cats and watch Sweet Tooth on Netflix, had never seen it. That show was a whole vibe and my trip started coming in more than I expected. Ended up peaking for about 2 hours and going on an adventure with this little deer kid. I was loving it but when the show would get a little too intense I would go over to the Chakra setup and sort of recenter myself. Didnt have hardcore visuals but everything was super flowy and the colors were so vivid. The experience lasted around 4 hours before I could finally get to sleep. Overall it was a fun experience but I think I prefer a group setting over solo. Just didn't really know what to do with myself once it really kicked in. Although Gus, Pubba and Jep did a great job of keeping me company lol. Don't know why I felt the need to post but it's good to be back to exploring the other side. Have about 1.5g left and am contemplating taking them all next time but would still be fun to split it 3 more times.

Other review sites have been hit with mass waves of anti-Little Mermaid sentiment.
As UK-based gossip columnist Rob Shuter told Fox 5, there's a rash of negative The Little Mermaid reviews specifically targeting European sites.
The German site Moviepilot showed The Little Mermaid sitting at a.7 out of 10, though that's since increased to 5 out of 10 over the weekend.
Review bombing is nothing new, and bigots are not squeamish about bombarding user review sites such as episode three of HBO's The Last of Us which centered around a gay couple.
