It net all my requirements in a treadmill. This treadmill supports 300lbs. It was easy to assemble required only a few screws. ( less than 1/2 hour) The treadmill has minimal controls which makes it was to start in a snap. There are sensors on the arms that read your heart rate and gives an estimate of how many calories burned. The unit has a switch at the base that must be turned on to start and an emergency shut off that you attach to your clothing in case you fall so it can shut off. The treadmill also have built-in speakers so you can attach your phone or music player and can get sound while walking.
Cons:
THIS unit does show you your distance, time and speed but no where to keep track. The emergency shut off can be lost and if small kids are around I can see it getting lost because kids like magnets. I tried to put a small magnet in the area but it knows the difference. There is no drink holder but if you need your phone for the music, it can lay on the area under the speed controls. Lastly you can lift it out of the way as it has a pipe to hold it up. The sticker on it tells you hit above the sticker which is wrong. There is yellow area that if you only push the ramp will lower. I have been doing now three miles almost everyday and it's been working great. In my opinion it's worth the cost for shedding those holiday pounds
