I will be attending my first autocross event with my NB1 this weekend and am looking for some advice on things to do, to make it through some runs and also drive it back home after.
Aside the usual suspects like fluids, torquing the wheels right, and tyre pressures, are there some reliability mods/fixes/changes I can make?
I intend to replace the coolant with distilled water and water wetter but aside from that I'm not sure what else I can do to prep for a successful(where the car survives) AutoX day.
The forums largely suggest just taking it out and enjoying it aside from the usual, but I think this is a good topic to rehash with these cars going up in age, both for the drivetrain, and perhaps for the body/suspension as well.
PS: Hoping this becomes a sticky, or I get sent to a wiki sticky.

New here, posted in a different sub and was fortunate enough to find others suffering in the dark like me. This is about to be long do buckle up.
I (34F HL) have been married to my husband (34M LL) for 10 years this year, been together for almost 15 years. We were friends first when we met ou4 freshmen year at college. Tbh it could be the story for one of those cheesy rom-com from the 90s. We hangout as friends for over a year before we took our relationship to the next level by dating. I was his first and only girlfriend. At first this bothered me because I wanted him to experience things before we invested too much into our relationship but he wasn't interested in anyone else. He's literally my perfect match in every aspect of our lives except the bedroom, which makes no sense, and I need help.
I have a complicated sexual history full of trauma (several SA incidents by a trusted adult in my family in teenage yeara from 14-18, NOT my father, NOT my uncle, NOT MT grandfather) and in turn fucked me up mentally and proceeded to have 3 different abusive toxic relationships while I was in highschool. My husband knew of my past and took care and went all out to make our first time as romantic as possible and that I felt safe. It was awkward and quick but it was the first time I felt loved and deserving of affection from a man.
Fast forward a few years (2008-2011) we moved in together as I was in pharmacy school and we had just did 1 year long distance as he was finishing his degree. We have sex nightly, our relationship continues to grow and we build a life together. We got married in 2013, my last semester of pharmacy school and we moved 4 hours away from our families after I graduated. Over the next few years intimacy starts to dwindle. We started to try for a family and I got pregnant twice with ease however neither pregnancy was meant to be and I suffered miscarriages at 22 weeks and 28 weeks. This destroyed my already fragile mental health but he was my rock as I picked my pieces back up and tried to function normally on the outside. During this period sex wasn't something either of us pushed because we both were healing in our own way.
Fast forward again to 2023. I booked a trip to Las Vegas with no itinerary and just a list of potential acitivi3s we could do and we alternated who picked what we did or where we ate. 7 days of no stress, lots of cuddling/kissing/caressing but nothing beyond that. We have talked several times about the lack of intimacy and what were possible solutions for US to try (was making sure to not come across as accusatory or emasculating or shaming). He shows me affection no issues like kisses on my forehead, holding hands while out and about, caresses my thigh while he drives, smacks my ass when he walks behind Mr. But sex? It's like a unicorn that gets "spotted" and then disappears as if never existed to begin with.
Things we have tried: - introduction of intimacy game to allow exploration without stress or judgement - introduction of toys for both him and I - couples therapy - sex therapy - I wear only lingerie or revealing clothing at home with just him and I - I planned a boudoir photo shoot for him for our anniversary last year. He got hard instantly from looking at the photo alb, but no sex and not even me giving him a BJ after making advances
I'm at a loss, I love him and just as others have said here, he checks every single box in our lives of being a supportive partner and someone I love very much but the no sex or sex every 6-8 months is undoing all the positives I've made toward healing my mental health because I convincing myself that it's me, he's not attracted to me or he doesn't want to have sex with me.

- he's not cheating, he isn't watching porn and he isn't masturbating (I know this because I work from home full time and when we are home together and if he isn't playing online with his friends then he's hanging out with me and we are watching something or out doing domething together.
- he recently had bloodwork done and his testosterone levels are healthy in normal range
- he exercises regularly and isn't overweight. He has a slight dad bod but it's hot 🔥
- we eat clean mostly as I do all of the cooking (I'm the better cook and enjoy cooking and baking for him)
- we share household chores evenly, sometimes I do more but it's because one may glorious mental health issues is ADHD so hyperfocus cleaning happens more often than not.

- we have good relationships with both our families
- he has never raised his voice or raised his hand, or mistreated me ever with malicious intent.

My wife and I just bought our first house and I have a whole household of stuff to move from CA to NC. I didn’t use the Home of Record move (I believe it’s called Combined Orders if you are trying to use it while still active) back when I graduated OCS. I PCS’d to Bragg last year and since we’ll be here for the next few years, I wanted to bring all my stuff I left at the family house when I joined up.
Does anyone have experience with this? What do I “rate” for this move? So far I’ve gathered that I need to calculate all of the weight I’ve used between my 2x PCS’s and what’s left will be covered to some degree.
Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

Ok. So I need to know if I'm the crazy one here. My daughter (5) is going on her first ever trip Wednesday and this is what was sent home:
Kindergarten classes will be going on a field trip to (redacted) farm. Please make sure your child dresses appropriately for the weather and layers are always a good idea. Please also make sure that your child wears appropriate footwear to walk around outside at the farm. We have been informed that there will be lots of water and mud and most likely, the kids will end up dirty. Mud boots or at least winter boots would be best, and clothing that can get dirty. Closed-toe footwear is a must! Inappropriate footwear will result in students not being allowed to attend the field trip.
I read it, tried to look up the farm to talk about it with my kid and get an idea of where it was (because they walked to the fire station and she has cerebral palsy so she needs support sometimes) and it doesn't come up on Google so I sent the teacher a message:
Hi; I please had a few questions about the field trip. Do you have an address for the farm? What does the farm produce? Will they be riding on a bus there? Are there chaperones? Thank you.
I specifically asked these questions because my daughter is disabled; with mild cerebral palsy and sometimes needs a para and also because.. none of that info is in the slip!!!!
She messaged me back, answered all the questions normally except for this doozy: I don’t think he’d want me to share his address
😳 EXCUSE ME?!
I feel it's crazy town to NOT tell me where you're taking my kid. Am I the one wrong here?
I didn’t message back because I didn’t feel anything I’d say could possibly get thru or make sense and instead stopped in before class today.
I knocked, tried some levity and explained I wasn’t putting them on a mailing list for Tupperware… I just would like to know where my kid will be…
She said do this field trip every year, it runs smooth and there’s tons of help … and said as a teacher she feels she has a duty to protect people’s info and she just was not comfortable sharing the address but if I need it I can get it from the office.
What?! I’m just so confused and honestly angry but my kid is so excited for this.
So; WIBTA if I go to the office tomo, get the address from the principal and tell him she refused to give it to me?

I’m interviewing for sales operations and sales management positions, and for one position, the recruiter is asking candidates to share playbooks, so that they can evaluate the candidates’ ability to create a sales playbook for their own organization. Before I tell him to completely fuck off, does anybody else see that as egregiously unethical? Am I having a disproportionate reaction? To me there’s no way in hell I’m going to share with a company might consider their intellectual property with another company for the purposes of a job interview. It’s not like a portfolio. Would love to know what other people think.

My boyfriend is not super into sports but is open to having his mind changed. I have hope! I, for example, always just passively watched sports, but never cared about game outcomes.
Until I went to last year’s Home Opener vs GB (FTP). I’ll spare y’all the mushy bits and just say: I was converted that day and I’ve never looked back. My best friend and I are already strategizing for this coming season, in terms of watching the games from home and what games to go to.
ANYWAY. I’m going to try and get my boyfriend onboard! I was originally planning on bringing him to this year’s Home Opener. Then I saw that pre-season tickets are dirt cheap.
I’d love for him to have a similar experience to me (definitely a bit different, the Buccs aren’t exactly the kind of rivals to us that the Packers are lmao) but I wonder if pre-season games would be just as fun? I’ve never attended those, so I don’t know. I imagine the energy is pretty different. I’m for sure going to both preseason and W1 games, as well as a couple others over the holidays. I just don’t know which would be the best introduction for him!

Mostly a trauma dump/vent. I'm aware I can walk out at any time but I'm not ready to give up yet. It's just a lot of pent up feelings right now in the waiting period
Context if you've missed my previous posts: Partner of over a year had a bad manic episode after his grandpa died. I'm pretty sure he got diagnosed bp after he was hospitalized for suicidal ideation so manic episode this bad is a first. 3 months now post breakup ("we're done" then ghosted basically)
I'm waiting for the episode to end to give him an ultimatum of help or we aren't reconciling. While stuck in limbo I've realized I am deeply traumatized by his sudden ghosting and personality flip. I know nobody asks for a mental health crisis especially after your loved one suddenly passes. That's why I'm so dead set on giving him another chance granted he gets help, but the abuse he's put me through while episodic is going to stay with me for a long time.
I have BPD and a constant fear of abandonment. If I sense something is slightly wrong (real or imagined) I revert to a crisis state because I am afraid of being abandoned again. I was groomed at a young age by someone who had very similar hot and cold behaviors to BP. One minute he was all over me, next he wanted nothing to do with me and was cheating. I believe that was partially to blame for me developing BPD on top of an unstable home life. I was really messed up by that loss for over a year. Critical developmental time. I was finally starting to heal from that fear of abandonment with my ex because he's had the same thing happen to him (I believe my ex has signs of BPD at the very least) and it was a tight knit solid healthy relationship. If we had issues we talked, it didn't blow up into screaming matches or cold behavior like both of us were used to. He'd cry and blame himself every time I told him something was bothering me (trauma response) and giving him the reassurance that not everything is his fault and I'm here to talk with him like a human being and not just walk out helped. I saw both of us start to heal from the abuse both of us faced and develop healthy habits. That's what hurts and scares me the most. All of that is gone and he's completely flipped.
I make myself sick ruminating on what happened/what might happen. I have conversations in my head with him all the time where I hold strong that everything will be okay once he gets the right treatment. It can be put behind us and we'll come out even stronger.... but the person he is right now is not the person I know. I've felt randomly violently nauseous with my whole body burning up lately. I thought maybe I was getting sick but it lasts for about 10 minutes then goes away... that's when I realized I was having panic attacks/ptsd flashbacks. Every single time I think about him and the uncertainty in fixing things, or thinking about having a conversation with him sends my body into fight or flight mode. Talking to the now emotionally abusive person the episode has turned him into brings me back to all the previous abuse I've suffered.
It makes me sad because when I was 16 I witnessed my dad go into a psychosis episode. He was never stable in the first place and I suspect he's bp but that was another level of bad. I had to basically do all the work to get him in the hospital because my mother and his sister were too busy fighting. I've had my own fair share of mental health issues as well. Been inpatient, suicide attempts, psychosis episode etc. In the ER after a suicide attempt I had my mother screaming at me that I was doing it all for attention and I only took the amount of pills I did for "attention only, not to actually die". ER rooms and hospitals still make me sick. It's just sad watching another loved one go through a mental health crisis. He's not hospitalized but I feel the same powerlessness as I did when my dad was psychotic.
It's like jekyll and Hyde. The stable version is the person I need/love dearly and who I want to spend my life with. The episodic version is someone I wouldn't hesitant to never speak to again. This illness fucking sucks. One of the most devastating things to ever have to go through

Hey guys. Because of how Middleton is (supposedly) set in Colorado, I would say it's fitting that with all the villains KP faces, most of them will stay imprisoned there for their crimes as Colorado is home to ADX Florence, where some of the worst real-life villains are imprisoned but who do you think deserves going there and what would be the right punishments for their crimes?
For me, when it comes to Drakken, the way I see his punishment is he would be charged would charged with terrorism, attempted murder, fraud, and other charges and with how much of a repeat offender he is and with each of his schemes being worse and worse, he would be sentenced to multiple life sentences without the possibility of parole.
Shego, would be charged as well but I imagine she would turn against Drakken and after deciding to switch to an honest life and showing remorse, she would accept going to prison to show she would be willing to pay for her crimes. I see her accepting up to ten years but would be released early for good behavior and to show how she changed, she would be KP's ally to help stop future villains.
Señor Senior Sr. would probably get life in prison as well for his devious schemes as while a lot more demure and calm than Drakken, he's still dangerous to society while Señor Senior Jr., because of how he doesn't want to go to jail and how he had no desire to be a villain, he received immunity for testifying against his father.
Monkeyfist, being turned to stone as punishment, will probably end up going to the Middleton Police Museum or given to KP as a souvenir.
Duff Killigan will also receive life in prison for his dangerous and crazy crimes but as the prisoners find him irritated, he'll be in solitary confinement.

For me, when it comes to Drakken, the way I see his punishment is he would be charged would charged with terrorism, attempted murder, fraud, and other charges and with how much of a repeat offender he is and with each of his schemes being worse and worse, he would be sentenced to multiple life sentences without the possibility of parole.
Shego, would be charged as well but I imagine she would turn against Drakken and after deciding to switch to an honest life and showing remorse, she would accept going to prison to show she would be willing to pay for her crimes. I see her accepting up to ten years but would be released early for good behavior and to show how she changed, she would be KP's ally to help stop future villains.

So I tried sharing yesterday and it felt nice to be heard by supportive people so I'm going to keep doing it. Again, please be nice.

Today I found a bridge in the woods and there were no paths leading to it and no path leading away and I though it was strange not strange in a funny way or in a worried way but just strange as in pausing there wondering who would take the time to build a bridge to no place in particular. Weird. But as I crossed the bridge I began to realize that this property I'm trespassing through probably had trails through it once upon a time and this bridge was for a trail and at one point they built this bridge shiny and new and someone smiled at the thought of not getting their boots wet every time they crossed this creek then crossed and crossed and eventually forgot it was ever here or their children inherited the land without wandering the woods and it sat rotting away but still standing still standing untouched and unbothered. For all these burned bridges and ditches without crossings isn't it funny to find a real bridge last longer than the trail it was built for.
Today I've been cycling through faces like a mocking bird cycles through songs every third call and a new voice springs from my throat I wonder if that many tonged mimic counts as he changes tone because I do oh yes I do and right now it is funny funny funny but this time in a scary way the kind of thought that makes me grip the railing with white knuckles and beg to get off this cuckoo train it's too fast too fast for me thanks. Sometimes these woods stop being our friend sometimes we become strangers become intruders as much to the trees as to the property owners yellow signs a mile back. Is the world spinning or am I running in circles better run faster to escape that feeling of coming back to where I started but faster and faster only works in one direction and I've never been one direction my magnetic centers splitting off hey what kind of broken compass is this? Or is it me is it us who is broken who us spinning spinning spinning whose voice is this whose thoughts are mine who-

painting the maple, the linden
a red belly calls
a mild tinge of loss
and the forest is quiet

I walk back home
