Hi all!
I am set to land in Athens tomorrow on delta/air france and hopping right to aegean airlines to fly to santorini as first stop. We had around 2 hours (still cutting it close, I know), but now our scheduled arrival time at ATH is now a bit later and we land at 2P and Aegean flight departs at 1:10.
Has anyone done this? Am I crazy to hope that we might make it (customs, bags)

TLDR: ME KILL BIG THOLIAN. ME FAIL BE NOT SMART. BIG THOLIAN BIG DEATHRAYAOE.. ME DEAD. HELP.
The problem is Mech Lords ability "Violent discharge" which deal double the damage my character has health and its often unavoidable due getting stuck on something and away team just being what they are, not trying to stay away from almost cave wide cone AoE.

So i'd like to play on elite which means i expect challenge, but its always in STO that there one thing or another that changed since last playthrough.. At least i dont remember this being like that before.. Maybe a year or litle more ago.
So i played this cave part of new Romulus many times and i do know that in any level, the last big Tholian in the caves can be a pain at times, but now maybe since some other new mission with Tholian got some new thing in bigger area or something, this boss Tholian also seems to have gained a very large AoE attack that deals heavy damage.
Meaning even when my whole away team and i are on epic gear which i did made myself so its not a best set but good still.. If any of my away team or myself stands in the field, we all die or those that stand in it die instantly from full health/shield to zero-Dead.
I can manage to avoid most hits even while the area is almost as big as the small cave where the battle happens, but eventually i do get stuck on something when it fires or the Thjolian webs me and then the area attack kills me when i cant do anything and naturally dead away team from first attack is useless and reviving them seem like a waste of time.. As is the injury system in these kinds of situations.. The whole injury thing seems pointless as i dont really gain anything extra from the increased difficulty exept more fun battles exept naturally these kind of expepsion.
Now since i also played GW2 and im used to battles take last few days on boss level(Thats a pun :D). but unlike GW2 STO is not very well made game and getting stuck at something when you have to move is a big problem. I also could reduce difficulty, but then again in standard everything would be stupid easy exept maybe the boss or maybe an advanced but i really dont want to run the whole cave again to just try...
But maybe i do it on Standard tomorrow necause for the Delta recruit thingy, i have to do it to get that part done.
Still. I would like to hear some suggestions on how to deal with this Tholian death ray. :)

If I don’t fly Delta often enough to chase status, I can’t see any real reason to go for either the Delta Plat or Reserve.
Mainly I just want to take advantage of the 15% off award bookings, priority boarding, and the free checked bag. I think those are all the same benefit across all the cards, including Delta Gold?

I anticipate my travel to go WAY down-- we have all of our Southwest travel booked through October, and have a few flights remaining to book that I hope to use this new card for. I expect to travel in the future 5-6x per year (most likely a combo of Delta, American). Only a handful of those trips will we need hotels. We are expecting a large international trip to visit his family possibly next year, travel advisories allowing. Lounge access would only be a bonus but I have been "roughing it" for almost two years flying 2-3x a month without it and been doing just fine.
I spend a lot of money on groceries and dining out and anticipate this to increase living with SO. This points me to Amex gold, but I have some reservations since Chase points seem to be an on-the-cent better value, and I am uncertain how smooth the renewal process is for either.
I also am someone who will spend time gaming the system and researching accordingly-- I have been intrigued about the ability to transfer gold points to other rewards programs.
Do you have any cards you've been looking at? Amex Gold, Chase Sapphire (Preferred or Reserve) -- I am okay with the heavier AF if a flight credit is accompanied.

Looking for some input, redoing the master bathroom in two weeks so I need all the supplies.
It’s a small washroom 9ft x 8.5ft, going to be doing a curbless shower with glass surround/door. Double vanity 60” with two led mirror 28”x36” each side by side. Freestanding tub with freestanding faucet. Delta hardwares.
I need some feedback about tiles. So the plan was to do the floor tile and then 4 ft up around the bath/up around the shower.
1) should I do full wall tile up to ceiling all sides? Seems that’d look nice and feel more spa like. I think it means fixtures become permanent though (toilet holder, towel holders) as you aren’t likely to patch it. I’m ok with it but may limit future owners 10+ years down the line
2) I had my mind set on 24”x48” white culcutta style/marble looking porcelain tiles. The contractor mentioned 12”x24” would be better for a smaller bathroom. I’m on the fence I like there’s less grout on the bigger tiles. And if it’s up the walls maybe it’ll feel nicer.
3) Should I tile the shower different color than the rest or just keep it all the one color? Same with walls would it look ok all same tile?

I went to a dentist for the first time in February. Intake forms, x-rays, and a sales pitch on an expensive cleaning that I decide not to go with. I find another dentist for a more affordable cleaning. Then in march I get a claim summary (bill) for $456 from the first dentist. It's for images (x-rays). Some are covered, partially covered, or not covered (D0350) by my insurance. I filed a grievance with Delta Dental, but they cannot confirm or deny whether I was informed of the expense/lack-of-coverage (I wasn't).
I'm told that I can call the Benefit Specialist at my HR for 2nd level appeals (I work as a teacher at a school district).
I've also been recommended to file a complaint with the Dental Board (I'm in California).
I've been told I could go to Small Claims, but I've never done that and it seems like it could have other consequences.
I also (and no I haven't done this yet) could call up the dentist and see if we can reach a better understanding. I do see on Yelp that many folks have been stuck in a similar situation with this place since their ownership changed.
I can of course also just pay the bill and take it as a lesson in discernment.
Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

I’ve been several times and I love it. I’ve gone at different times (late at night, early mornings, midday), but I’ve never stay through the whole night. I have a situation that is bringing to town late at night for an early flight out of ATL and was thinking about spending the time at Jeju in lieu of a hotel since it’s more affordable and the amount of time I need a room is so short. Has anyone stayed through the night? If so, what’s it like? I know the facility is open 24 hours, but do they offer any services during the hours of like 1AM and 7AM?
