2023.05.31 01:41 myhaxdontwork 2 black wires, which is hot?
Hi all. DIYer here. I am currently hanging 2 pendant lights in my kitchen and have run into a problem.
As the title states, the pendants have 2 black wires and I cannot tell which is hot. Both wires feel smooth, so the ribbed vs non-ribbed isn’t a solution. I tried using a multimeter but cannot seem to get any Ohm readings. I used this video as a tutorial: https://youtu.be/ee1a677T37E
Does anyone have a good resource, or an alternative solution on how to determine which wire is hot and which is not? Many thanks for your help!

2023.05.31 01:18 Jasensational 3 Yasuo Decks to take to the Eternal Ladder!
| || | submitted by Jasensational to LegendsOfRuneterra [link] [comments]
Eternal ladder is back, and so is everyone's favorite Samurai stun boy!
My name is Jasensational, your friendly neighborhood 90k mastery Yasuo enjoyer, and I'm here today to introduce you to 3 different concepts to play Yasuo!
Starting with the classic: Yasuo Katarina
Yasuo Katarina is the age old classic; this deck utilizes Katarina's rally and recall mechanic to snowball games with Fae Bladetwirler and Windswept Hillock, knocking down opponents with big quick attack units.
Noxus is also one of the best stun regions, housing Ravenous flock and arachnoid sentry, while giving good early game tools such as house spider. The best version of Yasuo imo if you're looking to win games.
Yasuo Aphelios utilizes Aphelios' weapon, Gravitum, to quickly level up Yasuo and provide good board control in the early game. Severum can sustain against aggro, and infernum on a big Fae Bladetwirler buffed through Gravitum can end games.
Like Noxus, Targon also has good stun support, with the likes of Solari Sunhawk and Falling star, in addition to one of the best anti aggro cards, Cosmic Youngling, as well as the game ender, Winding Light. If you are feeling nostalgic for the Sad boy duo, this is your way to go.
And finally, my diabolical creation, Yasuo Vayne. Like Katarina, we want to be abusing Windswept Hillock to its fullest capacity, except with Scout units and Tumble. With a Ranger Knight Defector, Windswept Hillock, and Yasuo, we can do some serious damage to both the enemy's board and Nexus. Tumbling a scout unit also counts as a rally, proccing Windswept Hillock's ability.
This deck is a super fun, high synergy deck, but is unfortunately the weakest of the lot, as a lot of cards in the deck has gotten nerfed since its release. However, if you are looking for an extra splash of spice, might I recommend checking it out. Some Quick General Tips
- Leveling Yasuo is the priority in most situations, however it doesn't always mean that Yasuo is something you want to keep in mulligans. He's not great level 1 but pops off level 2. However, in matchups where the opponent plays a lot of small units, or can't deal with Yasuo very easily, he's not bad.
- Try to play Hillock on your opponent's attack turn. This maximizes your stuns and speeds up your Yasuo level up. Exceptions to this are if you have leveled Kat, a scout unit, or need to just kill an unit with Yasuo on board.
- Know what's important to save. It's not going to be Yasuo all the time. With stuns and Windswept hillock on the board, you don't need Yasuo to kill the units to win the game, as you can just stunlock them anyways. Maybe Katarina's rally is more important to close out a game. Use your denies and recalls carefully.
- Play for Tempo. All 3 of the decks are beatdown decks that will pressure your opponent with every attack turn.
I'll keep it here for now, but if you have any specific questions regarding decks, card choices, matchups, whatnot, happy to help a fellow Yasuo enjoyer out! Hope you try them out and let me know what you think :)

2023.05.31 00:32 CocaPepsiPepper Luffy vs Kaido Long Analysis (no headcanon numbers)
I'm not going to use any random percentages, I'm just going to put it out as it was. I also am too lazy to put scans, so whatever, y'all should know what I'm talking about anyway.
Before Kaido fought Luffy, Kaido had to fight the Scabbards. They ambushed him and got beat without inflicting much damage on him. This is when Kaido started to raise the island, which he continued to do until the end of the arc.
Fight 1: Yonko vs Supernova
The first fight between Kaido and Luffy went from Chapter 1000 until Chapter. You can split this fight into two halves: Part 1, where Kaido and Big Mom proved to be too much against Luffy, Law, Kidd, Zoro and Killer, and Part 2, where Kaido and Luffy held a 1v1 that was off-screened and which Kaido won decisively. Part 1
In the first half of the fight, Roof Piece from 1000 to 1010, Kaido and Big Mom (Zeus instead of Hera, no Bigger Mom) teamed up as a duo with Kaido, whose battle had already begun before this, leveling up from base to Dragon to eventually his Hybrid form. The Supernova were
- Luffy (unawakened Fruit, advanced Observation and Armament)
- Law (didn't use Awakening)
- Kidd (didn't use Awakening)
- Zoro (hadn't understood his CoC yet)
Besides arguably Killer, nobody was at their best in this fight.
To keep from going majorly in depth (here's Chapter 1000
) the fight on screen consists of Luffy opening his part with Red Roc. From there, the brunt of the Supernova's offense went against Kaido, with only Zoro really having the ability to damage him; everyone else used anti-durability techniques like ACoA and sonics etc. against Kaido's Dragon form, with him taking a bit of a beating in Base form as well. Big Mom is mostly a support role here, keeping too much pressure off of Kaido and abusing easy openings. The climax of Luffy's part comes from beating Kaido into a very short stunned state with Kong Gatling before falling out of his Gear, where Luffy is useless for ten minutes after that. This all happens until 1003.
Then Kaido goes into Hybrid and it cuts off screen until we pop back in 1008, where the Supernova are still putting up as much resistance as they can against two Emperors, the fight having continued off screen. It ends with Big Mom being thrown off the Roof, Kidd and Killer chasing her, since they'd lose against the both of them together; Zoro's bones are broken from blocking their Sovereignty and he used the last of his power to scar Kaido, so Law takes him to Sanji; Luffy gets knocked out by Kaido's Ragnarok in a lower Gear and then wakes back up with ACoC. It becomes a 1v1 between Luffy and Kaido. Part 2
This is mostly off screen but we do know that Kaido wins, knocking Luffy completely off of Onigashima unconscious. It's a decisive victory. We see Luffy land a few good blows on Kaido with ACoC in non-Gear 4 though, and the last thing we see is a brief clash between them that sends shockwaves over the island. The fight is over by 1013. Summary
so far: Kaido, after the Scabbards fight, has had to deal with attacks from 5 high-level opponents in Luffy (Gear 4 without ACoC and sub-Gear 4 with ACoC on screen with an unknown fight off screen, non-awakened Law and Kidd, mostly non-CoC Zoro, and Killer) with support from Big Mom in offense. This whole time he's been holding up and moving Onigashima. It ends with Zoro and Luffy both being out of the fight by the end of it, Luffy due to taking Kaido 1v1 and Zoro due to taking the Sovereignty attack.
Between Fights: Battle of Onis
Before Luffy gets back up and begins another fight with Kaido, Kaido has to be stalled by Yamato, who is explicitly incapable of defeating Kaido. Yamato begins the battle in 1016 and it lasts until 1025, with Yamato keeping Kaido's attention and landing some good hits but mostly being overpowered. Kaido is in Hybrid form apparently for the entirety of the fight. The fight ends with Luffy eventually coming back with Momo, landing a combo with Yamato in Gear 4, and before their fight really begins Momo even bites Kaido in his Dragon form. All in all, it seems this fight was about ten minutes long, if not longer; by 1022, there were 15 minutes until Onigashima reached the Captial, and by 1027, there were only 5. Summary
so far: Kaido, after the Scabbards fight, Supernova fight with Big Mom's help and his 1v1 with Luffy, fought Yamato and was held off until Luffy came back, taking hits from Snakeman Luffy, Momo and Yamato. This whole time he's been holding up and moving Onigashima. It ends with Yamato relatively fine and going on another mission right afterwards.
Fight 2: Monkey D. Luffy vs Kaido
This fight begins with a sky split between Base Luffy and Hybrid Kaido, the definitive Emperor greeting. It is a 1v1 through and through with Kaido switching between his Dragon and Hybrid forms and Luffy using all his Gears and Haki available. Kaido ends up acknowledging Luffy's strength due to this.
The beginning stages of the fight are mostly off screened, with the very start of it in view; by this point, Kaido's flame clouds are becoming unstable, so we know that Kaido was weakened when he started to fight Luffy, while Luffy was mostly rejuvenated due to the food he got. While we don't know what happened during the fight, we do know that everything from the beginning of the fight until Kaido's defeat happened within a 5 minute, or 300 second, time frame.
Before Gear 4, in 1037, we get to see a bit more of Luffy vs Kaido without Gear 4, where Kaido is getting drunk. By this point, Kaido is admitting that Luffy is giving him a serious fight, switching between forms, Luffy with Gears. They're both landing good hits and clashing equally, such as the Roc Gatling vs Meteor Shower barrages.
When we cut back to Luffy vs Kaido in 1041-1042, Luffy isn't in Gear 4 yet, but takes it up to fight against Kaido in his drunken state, in both Hybrid and Dragon forms, keeping up massive pressure with attacks like Hydra and Supreme Kong Gun because of the time limit. Eventually they come close to clashing but Joseph interferes, allowing Kaido to land a killshot. Summary
so far: Kaido, after the Scabbards fight, Supernova fight with Big Mom's help and his initial 1v1 with Luffy and his fight with Yamato with a slight bit of aid for her from Luffy and Momo, fought Luffy in a 1v1 that pushed Luffy to the absolute limit, and due to interference, Kaido ended up landing the killing blow. It was a pretty even fight all around, but Kaido was superior. Kaido was still carrying the island.
Fight 3: Joy Boy
This is when Luffy awakened the Nika Fruit and unlocked Gear 5, a power he hadn't had up until that point. Once this happened, the previously nearly-dead Luffy was essentially Toon Forcing Kaido, using him like a jump rope, rubberizing his body, recovering from his attacks like nothing. Kaido is able to do some damage with his Haki, but ultimately has to let go of Onigashima to clash with Bajrang Gun using his own Drum Dragon move, which gets overpowered and likely could have been overpowered earlier if not for the island still being in the way of Luffy. As soon as Kaido was punched into the lava below, Luffy fell out of Gear 5 and was unconscious. Given the sheer speed the fight was moving at, this was essentially like the fight ending as soon as Luffy unlocked Gear 5.
By the end of the Raid, Kaido had dealt with the Scabbards in a relatively easy fight, the weak Supernova in a team fight, beat Luffy in a 1v1, was held off by Yamato until he started struggling to carry the island, won another 1v1 against Luffy with a slight bit of help from interference, then ultimately lost to Joy Boy.
Now let's switch to Luffy's perspective. Luffy had to fight two Yonko with help from a bunch of weaker people until he got stronger, by which point he'd already been knocked out. He then 1v1ed Kaido, getting beaten unconscious for the second time in a fair 1v1. He recovered a lot from eating, then went full in on the injured Kaido with Gears 1-4 and all advanced Haki, but still lost, essentially dying. By that point, and only by that point, Luffy awakened his Fruit and became a god, ending the fight in Toon-ish fashion, punching Kaido to the earth before falling unconscious.
Based on my view, while Kaido had to deal with more,
Luffy had to deal with worse.
Luffy was constantly growing throughout the fight but still had to take on a threat greater than himself multiple times over, while Kaido had to deal with a lot of threats that were easily conquerable for him. Neither Luffy nor Kaido were anywhere near
their best by the end of the Raid, but Kaido was still trucking, while Luffy was completely wrecked at multiple points before he got to Gear 5.
If we look at what we know about both combatants, it's clear that they have comparable Haki, with the difference lying in Kaido's major stat advantage against Luffy's obvious Devil Fruit and Battle IQ advantage. We don't know what Luffy's stamina is with Gear 5, but we do know that entire fights between these two can happen in minutes, and even when Luffy falls out of Gear 5 he can essentially just cheat it back up as he already did in his fight against Kaido. And we also know that, in their major ending clash, Luffy overpowered Kaido definitively.
I personally believe that Luffy would extreme diff Kaido if they were to have a completely fair fight, with all powers available from the beginning and no outside effort being exerted or fatigue being dealt with. The Devil Fruit advantage is what really seals the deal for me.
Thanks for reading!

2023.05.30 23:56 polish94 How can I increase my level of Dad? This is the 3rd Summer I'm adding to their play area.
| || |
I'm looking for ideas. I have 3 boys, 4,4,3. This started with just the brown set in the back, with swings and a play table. Last year I added the red set, built a bridge to connect them in the back corner, and the jungle gym. This year I connected that Tube slide, which was part of a 3rd larger set, but I didn't have the space for the original frame. I'm adding a rock wall/ladder to get into the red frame. submitted by polish94 to daddit [link] [comments]
I've been thinking of building up. There are 2 strong trees I can use as support too. All of it's currently connected to each other, flat on the ground, and mounted to the fenceline. It's "safe" lol.
2023.05.30 23:52 -BlackLotus- Does anyone have any experiance with persnal loans via MBNA?
In in the marked for a personal loan to cover the cost of replacing my now dead car, Interest rates are far from ideal currently so im shopping around to find the best one, but struggling as a lot show better rates than they will actually offer once i apply, and im hesitant to have hard checks carried out only to find out that the rate they are willing to offer is way higher than initially assumed.
One thing that keeps comming up on both Compare The Marked and Money Saveing Experts is MBNA which seems to suggest a guaranteed rate of 5.7/6.7% APR depening on the loan duration (3 years and 8 months vs 4 years respectively), which although not the lowest I have seen as Sainsbury's, Tesco the AA etc all seem to offer lower rates of about 5% they are also all non guarantees and likely to jump up quite a bit.
The issue is that until today I have never heard of MBNA, and after some searching I also only managed to find 2 post that talked about it, and was all in regards to their credit cards.
It seems that they are now part of the lloyds group, but I have no idea if this offers any guarantees. So the question becomes, has anyone here ever dealt with MBNA, or had a loan with them, and if so, how was it, is it a save bet, or should I stay clear of them?

2023.05.30 23:33 Annual_Rain3859 Thought this was interesting, figured I'd share and ask if this was fairly accurate
If there's 80 questions and only 70 are scored (10 vetting questions for future exams), how do they decide which questions are scorable or not?
According to some other post I read, outside of reddit, 'you can tell by how many questions you were given in each session.' For example, if you had 41 questions in the morning and 39 in the afternoon, you would have 6 non-scored (breadth) + 4 non-scored (depth). The math they provided was pretty simple: (70/2)+6=41 breadth questions. Basically, if you have an even split, you have 5 in each. If you have more questions in the morning vs the afternoon (or vice versa); however many questions away that session is from '35', will be how many non-scored questions you were given.
Anyone know if there's any truth to this? Seems too simple to reason with, then again many conceptual questions on this exam will make you think the same thing...

2023.05.30 23:21 No_Combination_7434 Is this how you'd fix a pinhole in a drum trap?
| || |
A little background: My grandmother is 100 years old and lives alone. One of my cousins was over with her fiance and while he was taking a shower a leak developed that ran down into the closet below. submitted by No_Combination_7434 to Plumbing [link] [comments]
The guy who came out didn't even remove the closet shelves and had his junior helper, who was a short guy apparently, shimmy up to the ceiling to cut a small fist sized whole to get a look at the leak. They put epoxy over the hole and claimed to have done a water test. The shower went unused until a month later when I arrived to rebuild her deck and do some other repair tasks on her home (I used to be a general contractor and now help preserve historic homes, so I do have a general construction background).
I was using the shower that evening and it started leaking again. I took out the shelves and got up on a ladder to inspect the repair and the photo posted is what I saw.
This is a very old home with cast iron pipes and using epoxy seems like an odd move. I'd think a sleeve and clamp or something else would be better. On top of that, they charged $1,400 total ($250 for the estimate and rest for the repair).
I haven't had to repair cast iron pipes before but can y'all tell me if: 1) they took advantage of her 2) how you would fix this issue.
They are coming out again this week because I convinced them to warranty after being told it was out of warranty by the plumber.
I live 2 hours away and am wondering if I shoukd even give them a shot or call one of the subs I used to work with to take a look.
Thank you for your time and advice.

2023.05.30 22:53 NoRecommendation9282 Need Opinions on Firearms...
So I wanted to get everyones opinion on the usefulness of firearms as a hunter vs non-hunter. I really hate how OP to 75% (400% in reality) skill buffs from professions are. I didnt actually realize how huge of an effect it is until I found 2 boxes of shotgun shells in the 1st house on my hunter run.
With two boxes of shotgun rounds and a double barrel I leveled my shooting skill to 5. I think thats ridiculous. The main issue with aiming though is the absurd soft cap they put on it at level 5. Without any XP boost it would take me ~20-25 boxes of shotgun ammo to go from level 5 to 6. Which is obviously ridiculous.
So my question boils down to this:
How effective is shooting at level 5-6 vs levels 9-10? I want to go non-hunter but my concern is that i'll get to the 'end game' with level 6 shooting and it will be very meh. On the flip side I dont want to have level 10 shooting mid-game with Hunter activated and be able to rip through towns/hordes because I have 4x the ammo I would normally have and a much higher skill.
I'm currently sitting at the main menu trying to decide what to do.

2023.05.30 22:50 mutantfrog25 In-Market ad research question
Hello all! I could use some help trying to solve a question from work. "Why" Context: I work in Market Research, exclusively in Brand Health. Our ad research team had 2 Mat Leaves and a resignation all within a month, and I've volunteered myself to help out (just tryna climb the ladder and make an impression). Overall, I've understood the scope of the work handed to me, but one question came out of a recent presentation that I am trying to figure out how best to solve. My brain is in a pretzel amidst the mountain of work I have right now. "What" Context: The team runs pre-testing of ads from Vendor A before they go into the market, and the ads score based on a number of metrics. For this example, let's use "Enjoyment" as the metric. This is survey research, and the data is presented as a Percentile based to a norm owned by the vendor. result. Example Below: Ad 1: 64 Ad 2: 45 Ad 3: 71 Ad 4: 55 Vendor B provides in-market metrics, and the closest comp metric is "Likability" represented as Top 2 Box Percentages. I have metrics for the first month, mid-flight, and cumulative time the ad was in the field. Ad 1: 1st month: 64% mid-flight: 70% Cumulative: 66% Ad 2: 1st month: 62% mid-flight: 50% Cumulative: 57% Ad 3: 1st month: 56% mid-flight: 78% Cumulative: 66% Ad 4: 1st month: 60% mid-flight: 70% Cumulative: 72% My task is to see if the metrics from the pre-testing phase are predictive of what we see in-market. So, in this example, is Enjoyment a good predictor of Likeability? Should I create some sort of rank-order, or some kind of index that I can then sort? I don't have any tools outside of excel. All of the data above is made-up and for example purposes; but I have each ad in a row and the pre-test metrics in columns, and the in-market metrics in other columns. Just hoping the wizards of Reddit have some ideas for how I can attack this without boiling the ocean. Any suggestions?

2023.05.30 22:37 Whiskeyed77 Eddie Bauer Voyager 3.0 38L
| || |
Just received my Eddie Bauer Voyager 3.0 (38 L) pack. For $94CAD, this is a good value pack that has some nice features. Pros: 1. Material seems durable/mostly water resistant despite being polyester (1200D coated polyester and 1680D ballistic polyester). The outside, top, and bottom are all coated. The back and sides are not. 2. Stowing compartment for backpack straps is padded and easy to tuck straps away, plus the padding helps protect the buckles 3. All zips are YKK. Main compartment is beefy and lockable. 4. Pack opens from the backside. The laptop sleeves are against the back. 5. There is a "hiddenish" zip pocket on the backside of the pack. 6. Comes with a shoulder strap (must remove backpack straps to use). 7. Shoe/wet storage compartment at the bottom (could be a con as it eats at interior space). 8. Interior organization that seems well thought out and doesn't interfere with the ability to pack the bag. 9. 3 grab handles. Maybe excessive? 10. Sliding sternum strap, not the PITA ladder style. 11. Roller handle sleeve. 12. Logo is subtle ..same colour, different sheen. submitted by Whiskeyed77 to onebag [link] [comments]
Cons: 1. No hip belt nor top adjustment on straps. This is a get from the train station to the hotel kind of bag. Not back pack for days kind of bag. Straps are ok, but short distances only. 2. No water bottle compartments. 3. No rain cover, but much of the bag is coated, so less of a concern. 4. Buckle hiding compartments don't seem to keep buckles in them when empty. May be better when full. 5. Lacks compression straps. Could look at adding your own strap to snug up load. 6. Counter intuitive to open. Need to have stap side up to open.
I have not packed it yet to test, but wanted to get a quick review out. The pack seems decent, especially for the price. I like that the material isn't super stiff and has some softness to it. While I expect the rose colour to be a mess after travelling, I thought something other than black might be nice.
Let me know if you have questions.

2023.05.30 22:10 InjectorTheGood Pakistan's Default Crisis: what happens if Pakistan defaults
2023.05.30 22:08 PoorHuni I don’t want to have another fight about fucking laundry
Pre kids - we had… some kind of arrangement on laundry. Can’t remember what it was but we did. And it wasn’t working. So I told my husband I would wash all the laundry - if he put it all away.
It wouldn’t work, he protested, I wouldn’t hold up my end of the bargain.
I pushed long enough that this became the set up. And it worked - just about. I would do all the laundry and he would, eventually, put it away.
I got pregnant, he got a new job (48 hours a week vs his previous 16) - and then it started again. Apparnetly I was somehow doing all the washing either while he was in work or not in work - I don’t quite remember. But in a way that made it so he had a mountain of laundry to put away… just as he started work? Or something? This was 4.5 years ago so I don’t remember the exact way it works around his 4on/4off shift rotation and me working m-f… But either way - I was sUpEr MaLicOuSlY doing the laundry in a way that fucked him over.
He then said, when the baby came - I’d need to put mine and the baby’s laundry away - o said, uhm, no? Fuck that! Why? Because he was worried that our baby wouldn’t have clean laundry in the cupboards if it was left to him to put it away.
I said I would put away baby clothes.
I eventually got tired of waiting weeks for him to put my laundry away - so i started doing that. He just basically… stopped putting his away.
(Edit to add: he doesn’t remember the original conversation/s we had around the laundry arrangement. He’s said that he’s not debating that they happened - just that he can’t remember them)
We’d argue about it occasionally - usually when he’d make a shitty comment about not having clean clothes. Time went on, now there’s two kids.
I’ve told him - if he puts it in the wash basket, I will wash it. Not in the bathroom (where the wash basket lives), not on the floor by the washing machine, not dropped wherever he’s stripped it from his body. Washing - wash basket - I will clean it.
He doesn’t even respect or love me enough to do that. To make one aspect of my life easier.
Tonight he couldn’t find clean underpants for tomorrow morning for work. There are clean underpants in the massive fucking pile of clean laundry. But they’re not in the pile of his stuff that lives on the side of his bed. So he has no clean underpants.
Because “I’m the lowest rung on the ladder…”
No! No you’re fucking not! I don’t sit there, picking through the clothes and not washing yours. I wash everyone’s, all at once. Granted there’s less of his (because if it’s not in the wash basket - I won’t wash it - and once it’s not on his body any more, it ceases to exist).
I have tried threatening not to do his laundry any more. It doesn’t work. ‘I don’t even make that much l!’ Well then it won’t be a problem for you to do it yourself! ‘But I don’t have time!’ So there’s that much you can’t wash it… but you don’t make that much?
I don’t really want advice along the lines of ‘just stop doing it’ because he does more than his fair share in other areas without caveats on me… I just… I don’t want to fucking fight about fucking laundry again.

2023.05.30 21:32 Psycik99 6mo - Progress, but difficult to put down and early wake up
We recently (1 week ago) started sleep training our 6 month old baby boy. Overall it is going as expected/better than expected but we have 2 challenge areas I'd love advice on. (Details on his sleep, what we're doing at the bottom of the post)
- It is still taking him 45-60+ minutes to initially go down. He pretty much cries non-stop and when we do a brief (10-15 second) check in, it seems to amp him up even more. Once he's down he'll sleep until early AM.
- He's waking up around 5am - we think this may be hunger related, prior to sleep training he was doing some breast feeding in the middle of the night, largely to soothe back to sleep. If we give a bottle or breast feed, he'll usually go back down for another hour or so.
Appreciate any advice in the 2 areas - working on him getting to sleep sooner & extending the main sleep another hour or two
Background & Our Process He slept in a Snoo until recently. He was a great sleeper going through the night without waking/bottle or even much soothing from the Snoo until his 4 month regression. Even as we got out of the 4mo regression, his sleep never really recovered. 2-3 times a night he'd wake up, want to be soothed, and then go back to sleep. After that went on long enough we decided it was time to sleep train.
Naps He is a short napper and always has been. We've napped in the crib so he'd be used to that space, but even on the occasional snoo nap they'd only be marginally extended. He does 30-45 minutes as a nap, and as such, he's still on a 3-4 nap a day schedule. Wake windows are 1.5/2/2/2/w. We're working to extend that last one to 2.5. He gets visibly tired (and fussy) at the end of each of these wake windows.
Sleep Training He's set up in his nursey - white noise, blackout curtains, and is in his crib. We're doing what would be the wave method I guess, going in after 5 minutes of crying, resetting the clock if he's quiet for 10-15 seconds or longer. When we go into the room, we put a hand on the chest, tell him good night and we love him and do 1 'shhhh' and then leave. The visits typically seem to amp him more vs. soothing him or calming him.
He takes 45-60 minutes to initially fall asleep. Once he does, he has been sleeping until 5. He occasionally will cry at night, but almost always self-soothe within 5-7 minutes. At 5, he'll wake, he won't self-soothe and he'll cry pretty much as long as we'd let him. If we do a small feed, he'll go back to sleep for an hour or so.
