Had a bad run in 2013 (some shady places that ripped me off and closed the doors), and the (now ex) wife left with the kids.
My confidence and sense of self worth took a massive hit in the wake of this.
Since then, my sales results have been shitty. Consider this the lost decade.
Never had call reluctance in the ten years before the divorce, but I've been dealing with it (not very well) for the last decade. I say I can handle inbound calls, but in reality, I haven't felt like a salesman since then.
In fact, I know that I've become an order taker. Even switched to copywriting and marketing for a bit.
I have spent so long just trying to stay sane and pay bills, but I'm at the point now where things are stagnant.
How do you work through this? I have no degree, I'm 42 years old, and don't know what to do.
So it's easier to ask strangers for advice.
Has anyone been through something similar and overcome it?
Because today was a hard day.
While I'm NOT thinking about taking my own life, it sucks to feel like a fucking loser and hate the sight of yourself in the mirror.

I'm helping my friend's elderly mother set up a little container garden on her balcony to give her something to care for and something to make her smile. She would like to plant some flowers like daisies and pansies, we don't need anything extravagant. She is having a difficult time with depression and isolation, so I'd like to be able to get her out of the house to come and buy the flowers with me. She has some resistance to leaving the house, so finding a location nearby will hopefully make it seem less overwhelming.
I'm hoping someone can tell me if any markets, grocery stores, or garden centres near that location have flowers available for sale. I'm not very familiar with that neighbourhood myself.

I wanna Thank bergers and his alt account *main account was like aviator08 or aviators08 *I’ll edit this post ands get you guys both account names identical **his alt account while doing this he was blaming me for eating chips on the couch arguing back and fourth with 2 accounts and surely enough that’s EXACTLY what he was doing and making fun of. the pattern to pick his actions up was easy.
Anytime you give this guy any bit, the tiniest bit of productive criticism he would comment tamely from his real account and go in and attack the other person with the burner account hence why the accounts almost 2 years old and every single comment relates to berger and would probably be at +200 instead of -20 if it wasn’t fir Berger, Bjs spam accounts, and other accounts he uses to upvote.
Not only that this sick fuck was actually having conversations with himself 2 of his accounts vs 1 of mine all the while saying people that did that are crazy (which they are )and I just find the hypocrisy so insane like you’re over here saying I’m eating chips on a couch using a real and fake account meanwhile that’s EXACTLY what he was doing. It takes one to know one you gotta be sick to do this shit.
Finally one last bit of news. Berger deleted his accounts after I exposed him because he used his alt account to say the package was dropped off and it wasn’t his fault for my “mistake” I literally had to write billing and shipping info at least 20 times from his email who he “doesn’t wanna use to expose his customers info” yet asked for it via email, at least 15 times on temp.pm which he said wasn’t working except it only never worked when it came to opening my info using no PW at all on temp.me and I tried it out with 5 other people it worked every single times.

**also two people in my group actually bought packs before they knew this was happening and my friend ordered 2 60ml bottles of “NL” pyrazolam, 3 grams of bromazolam powder, and 2 grams of 4FPH. His pack arrived yesterday with no label or return address or printed address along with no informed delivery(I asked him to take a pic of the bag out the trash cause I never knew an item could be shipped without your shipping info on there.
**what he got was ONE BOTTLE of bromazolam so instead of a 1000mgof powder he got 0.125mg for the same price except he only sent 1 bottle instead of 3 grams or bottles so he got ripped off bad there. Then of course he ordered 2 grams of 4FPH and received 7 points or 700mg
one last person ordered nitrazolam 115 for 3 grams he received 1.4 grams this person was more lucky (I guess smh) he ordered 1 gram of bromazolam powder again got a solution that was 75% filled. 1 30ml bottle so instead of the 120ml he paid $255 for he got 30ml of pyrazolam that was just 1 bottle missing $255 a bottle and the other bottle was just vgp. I’ll update you if anymore orders come in but I doubt it. Also does anyone have this no good fucks new email?**

Hello. I am a treasurer for a school PTO. I believe that we are an unincorporated non-profit in KY. We have a federal EIN and a state sales tax-exempt number. Records have not been kept well in the past prior to two years ago. Even our EIN was just written on a piece of paper. I called the IRS to verify it belonged to our group. The agent confirmed it was and also said that we haven't filed taxes since applying for the EIN. In speaking to the prior treasurer, she said they've always been told they didn't need to file taxes, I am unsure by whom. I'm concerned about the accuracy of that. I am also trying to get some written processes in place while I am Treasurer to help in the future. This position turns over every couple of years or so. Additionally, our PTO has grown significantly since it was established and I wonder if what was true when we were small is now not so true that we are bringing in 50k (last year) and 75k (this year).
Here are my specific questions but I am open to any and all advice. I am sure that there is something that I am not considering.

1. Are we set up properly for a school support non-profit group in KY? If so, the rest is irrelevant probably.
2. Should we incorporate and apply for a 501c3 and if so, should we obtain a new EIN or continue using the one we've had for a decade?
3. If we need professional advice, who do we contact? I've called a CPA and they say we need a lawyer. I've called a lawyer and they say to not pay someone for help and to ask around in our community for parents in the profession. I've had many others either not respond or say they can't help with a non-profit.
4. Once we're a 501c3, I know how to file taxes (previous experience in another state), but do we file taxes this year or wait until we're set up as a 501c3?

I would appreciate any and all advice.
