Winfield Scott, the commanding general who recognized the strategic importance of Boston in bringing an end to the war and achieving an American victory, mobilized troops from Vermont as well as the coastal regions of Connecticut and Rhode Island. These forces were deployed to Charlestown, Roxbury, and the recently captured Cambridge, fortifying the city fronts. With Britain's entry into the war, Rear Admiral Charles Stewart of the U.S. Navy grew concerned about potential efforts to liberate Massachusetts Bay and thus issued orders to send additional ships to the region. As the United States geared up to launch an offensive on Boston, the region of New England, just like the rest of the nation, utilized the armistice period to diligently prepare for the impending battle. With reports indicating that the U.S. had assembled an army exceeding 15,000 troops, General Churchill, the commanding officer of the New England army, faced the urgent task of mobilizing a force of comparable size. He swiftly gathered troops stationed along the Vermont Border and in New Hampshire, deploying them to Boston. Additionally, Churchill coordinated with the Connecticut and New Hampshire militias, urging them to contribute their own forces to the defense of the state. In a voluntary show of support, Massachusetts also dispatched its militia to bolster the defense of Boston, the capital and largest city within the state. -Churchill requests Canada send troops, though they haven't mobilzied a signicant enoguh force yet for it to send an army, they send a few units In the War of 1839, two commanding generals led the opposing forces. Hello!
My husband and I moved into a house last March. Within days of moving in, our neighbor told us that his backyard was flooding due to a blocked drainage pipe that ran under our driveway. He informed us that he was trying to get the city to fix it and in order to do so, they’d have to tear up our driveway to access it. We agreed if the city was going to take care of it, it was fine.
Turned out the city wouldn’t pay for it. My neighbor decided to pay for the project and told us randomly that the project was going to start the next day and that they would have to also pull up our fruit trees. My husband told them we did not want to do that, since the trees were a big part of why we loved the property. The owner freaked out and said it had to be done and it was impossible to speak to him.
We end up having to call the company doing work on the pipe and tell them we did not consent to work being done on our property. They ended up coming up with a way to fix it through there property since the pipe under our driveway was not fixable anyway.
Long story short, since that incident, our neighbor has been harassing us over the property line. We some how have surveys that do not match. He reports us to the city for structures on our lawn, tried to take down the fence on the property line, and is planting things on the property line without discussing with us.
We tried to get them to do a survey of there property and we would do ours to finally know for sure but they backed down because they were too busy.
Unfortunately talking to them is not really an option since the gentleman is so hot headed and even if I spoke to his wife, I feel like they are not trustworthy. It has really made me hate where we live almost immediately after moving in.
What options do I have here moving forward? I really just want to get them to leave us alone.
TL DR; neighbors have a conflicting survey and are trying to mess with our property and will not get a new survey. What can I do ?
Edit: we live in New Hampshire if that helps in anyway. Any feedback is appreciated.

The slogan and the artwork of this year's contest are inspired by Baltimore's history as a major seaport and how bays and oceans play large parts in Maryland's geography. Before we begin, I will dive into the format, rules, and schedule of the contest. Format: Like in previous editions, there will be three semi-finals based on where the states are located. There will be qualifiers from these semi-finals, but the amount may vary based on how many participants there are. The qualifiers from the semi-finals will perform in the grand final along with the host state Maryland who is pre qualified. In the grand final, the states which are in the final will be jury voters and the NQs will be televoters. Their scores will be combined together and a new winner will be found. There's a gentleman named Richard that lives in my state (New Hampshire) and owns a property that EVERYONE wants to buy. The problem here is that apparently my phone number is listed as Richard's number SOMEWHERE. I've had this phone number for a decade and I've been getting calls and texts from investors trying to buy Richard's property the whole time but it has SERIOUSLY ramped up this year to 3+ contacts per day. I inform everyone who reaches out that I don't know who Richard is but it continues.
