I am currently living in a hotel, due to my father physically assaulting me out of anger, causing me to get several bruises. I’m with a program that has me on the wait list for a women’s shelter, and it’s gonna take time. I’ve tried selling content and even though I’m more than attractive enough, I just can’t find the energy to try and sell it. I don’t know what to do, but I don’t want to suffer or struggle. I need advice on how to get out of this situation. I’ve lived with my parents all my life and I collect disability.

TLDR:I ghosted a girl for a month on a dare. Its been 3 months, should I go to talk to her again and explain?(VERY SIMPLIFIED)
So I am a 17M and I go to high school with this girl who is 16(Shes 07, im 06). January, our new semester started and I saw her around school and thought she was really pretty. I didn't do anything until February, where in the middle of the month, I decided to go tell her that I think she is really pretty(no I didn't use any corny pickup line) and asked for her snap. One thing I realized later was that I never told her my name even though I asked for hers(L rizz i know). She still added me back about 2 hours later and we talked for a bit that day, and talked for the next few days, 4-5 I think. We didn't talk about anything to exciting, as I was trying to get to know her as I didn't know what she was like since she was new to the school and we didn't share any classes. Now at this point, my friends had seen me on my phone and they had seen I was talking to a girl and this is where the problems began. here, its important to note that me and my friends, we have this weird relationship. We are all athletic and play on school teams and we all get okay grades. The weird relationship part is that we all make fun of each other a lot. No one really means it but you know how boys are, we are always just pushing and shoving each other. This one thing we do is dare each other to do stupid stuff. A while back, we dared a friend to send some stupid stuff to a girl(nothing sexually, just stuff to make the friend look dumb). We make each other do these dumb things and it had been a while since I had done anything. So my friends, knowing I was talking to a girl, dared me to ghost her for a month. I had no choice to do it since I had been doing the daring to my other friends so it was only right for me to do it too. So I ended up ghosting her and jus left her on delivered.
Now a month passes, and we are now in mid March. Here I text her that I need to tell you something since I thought explaining the dare thing would be weird over text and better to do in person. So I messaged her and she was like, ok what do we need to talk about or something, and I said, lets just link later, and she was like ok. That day I was going to her but I dont know what happened to me and I pussied out and didn't go to her and jus messaged her that I had to leave quick. Next day I text her and I say again lets meet and she says ok but after school she said she had to leave quick and the third day I messaged her again and she still said ok and I went to her, but there was an event happening that day at our school and there were to many people around us including my friends and hers too so we just talked about normal things and after I left, I messaged her and told her, Ill tell you tommorrow, but this time she left me on deliverd. I didn't double message her or try to talk to her since I felt like she had the right to ghost me because I was just delaying telling her and she was probably thinking I was playing with her. I decided to let things blowover a bit and wait untill we got back from our spring break(which is end of march to start of april).
Start of april, I come back to school and I know I have to talk to her because I still had feelings for her since she was still the prettiest girl I had ever met. But on the day I come back, I see her and this dude walking together. I think nothing of it until someone tells me their dating. I dont believe them but then the next day I see them hugging each other goodbye which confirmed it. Then I thought to just put her out of my mind since there was no point in explaining anything to her since she had a man. Then about two weeks later, mid April, I see those two pass each other in the hallway and not say a word to each other. I thought they might have broken up but I wasn't too sure and after asking around no one really knew if they were together. Start of may, I find out that they broke up a while back but kept it on the low. Now I was kind of confused about making a move since if she just broke up with that dude, she would still want some time.
So now May is almost done and I am not sure what to do. For anyone wondering why I didn't talk to her in May, I was busy with basketball as I was out of town a lot and with school almost being done, I had a lot of tests and assignments to complete.
So with 2 weeks of school left, should I go talk to her and explain everything or just leave it and move on?
PS We still pass each other in the hallways sometimes and I see her around but no one says anything, and all we do is lock eyes for a couple seconds.

I love my Epson ET 8550 most of the time, but what I don't like is the difficulty in finding ICC profiles for it. Thankfully, Red River has a full set of profiles and Moab has released profiles as well, but my favorite paper, Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta, doesn't have one, and when I contacted Hahnemühle, they said they don't have plans to create profiles for this printer. :(
I ordered a Spyder Print to create my own, and it broke down half-way through reading the first page.

So, I’m not super familiar with this show, but my friend, let’s call her V, loves it. Got matched with a company in cycle 2 last term for a finance position (won't specify which for anonymity's sake). First week onboarding went smooth but because of labour disputes and workers going on strike, I have been temporarily reassigned to be a customer service representative.
While I get along with my team members and like my manager a lot, this is in no way what I signed up for when I chose this job. Instead of doing work relevant to my position, I have spent a majority of my time learning how to make/take service calls.
I will admit that a lot of this is extenuating circumstances and not my manager's fault, but I can't help but feel deceived. Is there something that CECA can do about this or should I stick it out for this term? Navigating CECA seems like a mess and I could really use some help on what to do in this scenario.

My (24M) fiancé (25M) have been together for about 2 and half years now. He has this sister, and I’ll be straight up, I do not like her. She’s judgmental, extremely annoying, and makes constant comments about how we’re “not living the way God intended.” She saw us kiss one time and commented about how much it made her want to throw up. I just hate being around her, and so does he.
At least once or twice a month she calls him to help her clean her house, and it annoys the everliving hell out of me. She’s lazy, destroys every home she stays in, even if she’s just visiting, pushes her kids off on everyone else for “date night” which is twice a week, then she leaves them with his parents pretty much every day. Her house is a nightmare to walk into. Animal hair and feces everywhere, moldy dishes from months ago still stacked in the sink, can’t even move around the house because it’s packed to the absolute brim with junk and trash.
She called him this time because her kitchen is so disgusting that German roaches, the ones that are pretty much impossible to get rid of, have started infesting it. I do not want him going this time. I know how roaches work and he’s going to end up bringing them home with him and I will be furious at both of them. Him because I’ve told him over and over to stop helping her, and her for making him clean it for her.
How do I talk to him about not doing it for her anymore? I feel it’s time for her to grow up or hire professional cleaners because it’s not right for her to get everyone else to clean her house instead of her and her husband doing it themselves.

fast forward to last month he added me on snap by quick add and then a week later my ex bf goes to jail (then I discover everything he was doing and cut it off) … so his friend hmu asking about my ex and said how is he blah blah…at this time I just had surgery and I was having issues so I was going in and out of the ER… he was checking on me the whole time and asking me if I ate etc and just being super nice but not overly … then amidst the convo of just meee I asked him “who told u he went to jail” and he replied “my friend … how is he I’ve been wondering knuckle head” LOL in my head I’m like no u just been asking about me but ok.. told him he was fine and stuff and then it got awk and I stopped replying bc I don’t wanna talk about him I wanna talk about us 🤣 he’ll comment on my snap every now and then and ask how I am and we’ll talk a little about what we’re doing but he never asks any questions to keep the convo going or he replies like two word responses so I’m confused af … idk if I should just hit ‘em with the “so how was ur day” to keep it going or keep leaving him on read … he also offered to cook me food LOL idk y’all..

I am a bronze evelynn otp :) in 1 month i climbed from iron 4 to bronze 3 with her, I went on a 12 match win streak two weeks ago winning between 20-30 LP (i completed md10 a while ago getting iron 2) then I lost two matches with eve, and won 1 with seraphine, after not playing ranked in some time I started queueing again wenting on a 5 win streak, on the fist four matches i did pretty average, but winning 20-25LP, than i went 21/1 but i only won 14 LP, i was like ??????, On the next day i did tree more matches losing 25 lp in one and than wining 14 Lp on the other two. Why does this happen? I'm new on league I really don't know how the LP system works, Why am i losing more than wining ?

I've always wondered about this. It seems like every 4 years when the presidents change, such as when DT went on the way out and Biden stepped in, those who are republican do you agree with such things, or if you don't agree what do you do about it? Does your opinions change on a democrat? Do you bounce between parties?

I am so confused as my URO's advise is opposite of what I have read here on this group.
Last week, I meet my doc after recent blood work that showed high E2. His recommendation is to take 1mg estrogen blocker (anastrozole or arimidex) or lower does below 100mg/week or quit TRT all together.

The original post is here. Brief recap, Garth quit work and plotted an act of petty revenge on his Karen boss that was due to come to fruition yesterday (Memorial Day).
I spoke with Garth about an hour ago. No surprise, he learned of my original post from friends who peruse Reddit and recognized the circumstances. Garth said he started receiving phone calls from his old job at about eleven that morning and throughout the day. He ignored them all. A person from corporate HR eventually sent him a text requesting an exit interview, "in order to get his final paycheck." Garth replied, declined the interview, and informed them he expected to receive his final paycheck in a timely manner as required by law.
In hindsight, I was wrong to create the original post without first clearing it with Garth. I apologized to him but he was not upset about it. I said I'd delete it if he felt it would cause him issues, but he's not worried.
For those of you (and there are more than a few) who declared what Garth did was illegal, the key elements in our state for his petty revenge email to be illegal were not breached. I'm not going to post how he was able to access her email, but at least one comment that speculated how he did it was 100% accurate. Let's just say Karen is not very smart.
Garth has not reached out to any former co-workers to find out what, if anything, has happened to Karen. He doesn't really care. He only hopes he caused her at least a small amount of stress and embarrassment.
And that's it. Anticlimactic? Yeah. Is it over? Don't know.
Oh, and Garth liked the moniker I gave him. He said to tell everyone to party on. He starts his new job Thursday. Wish him luck.

I’ve always loved the spells that have the effect of “become permanent if cast every day over x number of days” but never have a campaign with a stable enough environment to pull it off.
What spells would you love to pull off in your campaign of that nature?

I used to have migraine with aura since I was 10 until last year, 3 times a year and it usually went away pretty fast. Within a day of throwing up and avoiding any light, I already felt good and went on with my life. But since January I’ve been feeling this throbbing pain on the left side of my head, and when is really bad, my eyes get swollen and start to get teary. The pain comes and goes, but everyday I feel a pressure in my head and it’s really annoying. Sometimes it’s all over my head, sometimes it’s on only one side. I went to a migraine specialist and they recommended me triptan, but everytime I took it, I felt heart palpitations and breath shortness, so I just stop taking it. Did a CT scan, nothing came up. I just feel hopeless and I’m afraid of losing my job, since I’m sick almost everyday. I live in Japan and let me tell you, the doctors here really suck and I’m not sure what to do anymore. I’m tired of feeling nauseous and the only comfort I’ve got is reading posts in this subreddit.
